How are you holding up during this pandemic? The Fun Patch girls are keeping safe at home while I'm holding down the fort at our main office. Shipping orders is still reduced to a few times a week, which is why I want to thank everyone for your patience in waiting for orders to be delivered as we wait for our new items to arrive. I'm doing my best running the physical side of the store by myself.
I also want to take a moment to speak about the devastating events that have happened in Nova Scotia. Our hearts are with the families and friends of the victims and everyone affected by this tragedy. It is hard enough in these challenging times without the addition of senseless loss of life and more heartache.
Although we are half a country away we felt like we had to do something to help, so we created the #Nova Scotia Strong crest. The Red Cross and the Province of Nova Scotia have created the Stronger Together Fund to provide support to
the individuals, families and communities affected by the tragedy of April 18 and 19. A portion of the proceeds of the sale of this crest will go towards the Stronger Together Fund. EPC is with you Nova Scotia! Stay strong!
We'd also like to address the flooding that has occurred in Northern Alberta. To show our support to those that have been impacted by the flood, we will be donating a portion of proceeds of our Flood Relief crest to the Northern Alberta Flood Relief. There will be another crest arriving soon inspired by Fort McMurry's wildfire 4 years ago and flood this year: "Come Hell or High Water"! A portion of the sale of this crest
will also be donated. I know that in these desperate times Canadians will come together once more to help each other in times of need.
