How was your Halloween? This year we had over 50 kids Trick-or-Treating at our door and the cutest costume had to be the little Fairy with her Ninja Turtle brother. The poor little turtle could barely hold his heavy bag of candy! But now it's time to get back to work.

Don't forget that Remembrance Day is coming up, so please wear a poppy to commemorate our servicemen and women.

This month we have a lot of new patches including two Remembrance Day crests, We Remember and Lest We Forget - Poppies. We've also added nine new rockers to our Hiking Miles Set and for the first time we're releasing three Generation patches. What generation are you?

Last week we got a call from one of our customers who couldn't tell if she was logged into the Member's Area or not. She suggested that we add "Welcome [Name]" to the Member's Home page to not only help identify that a person was logged in, but also to make the area feel more welcoming. So now you'll find "Welcome [Name]" in nice big red letters on the Member's Home page.
